WHEREAS Hussein Mbazak Elabed Ater , of P.O. Box 80826, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registesed as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of and containing 0.025 acre or thereabouts, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District,* registered under tide Na Mombasa/Biock XVW313, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a. new land tide deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
