WHEREAS Abdtdswamad A. Said, of -P.O. Box 3601, Mortibasa in the Rep blic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in *solute' ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0309 hectare or thereabouts, situate within Mombasa Municipality in _Mombasa District registered under tide No. Moinbasa/Block XVII/1113, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the bind title deed issued thereof has been lost notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days fromihe dite hereof, I shall issue a new land tide deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
