TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 143.0F 2008 By Habakuku Musee Angote, of P.O. Box 17, Kipkarren River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angote Donald Okutima, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2006. CAUSE No. 163 OF 2008 By (1) Manoj Dharamshi Karsan Mandalia and (2) Dharamshi Karsan Kara Mandalig, both of P.O. Box 900-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widower and father-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Ngigi Mbugua & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a rant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reemaben Manojbhai Mandalia, late of Eldoret Town, who died at Indus Hospital, on 14th April, 2008. CAUSE No. 166 "B" OF 2008 By (1) Salina Kimoi Kibii and (2) Josephat Kipkemboi Rutto, of P.O. Box 694, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibii Kipkeny Rutto, late of Keiyo District, who died on 13th March, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
