take notice that a petition fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died on 20th December, 2007, has been filed in this registry by (1) Edna Tare and (2) Vincent Kipyegon Misoi, both of P.O. Box 167, Litein, in their respective capacities as an administratrix and administrator of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And furthertake notice that if no objection has been lcdged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to, make,the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
