WHEREAS Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited, of P.O. Box 30099-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in the leasehold interest of that piece of land cointaing 0.520 acre or diereabouts, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as Mombasa/Block XXIV/20, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
