WHEREAS. Ahuhakar. Hassan binialtengesa, of P.O. Box 40564, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as pmprietor. in absolute owneeship interest of that piece of land containing 0.06 and 4).(t4liectans or thereabouts, situate in the, district of Kisumu, registered- -under tide No. Kisasur/Kogorly/1551 and 2519, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that afterthe expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land tide deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
