TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 507 OF 2008 By (1) Angela Munee Kiilu and (2) Theresa Ndila Kiilu, both of P.O. Box 49530, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Kiilu Kiamba, late of Kyumbi Location, who died along Kyumbi-Nairobi-Mombasa Road, on 1st April, 2008. CAUSE NO. 551 OF 2008 By Paul Mwanzia Kavuti, of P.O. Box 421, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavuti Nyambi Ikonyo, late of Mua Location, who died at Mua Hills, on 7th August, 1999. CAUSE No. 552 OF 2008 By (1) Peter Kimeu and (2) Patrick Kyalo Kimeu, both of P.O. Box 397, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Mbila, late of Kiima-Kimwe Location, who died at Makueni, on 20th October, 1995. CAUSE No. 554 OF 2008 By (1) Mary Katave Ndunda and (2) Boniface Makau Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 554, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Ndunda Makau, late of Kasinga Location, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2007. CAUSE No. 557 OF 2008 By (1) Joseph Kinoi Muli and (2) William Kimani Muli, both of P.O. Box 10, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Muli Ndiso, late of Kathiani Location, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 1993. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
