WHEREAS Michael Owino Tamre, of P.O. Box 252, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.6 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Siaya, registered under title No. Central Alego/Komolo/360, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received_within that period. Box 65, Wamuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Wrununyu✓Kambiti/237, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No 23 of 1987, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Alexander Kilei Lunda of P.O. Box 222, Erna., and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour Alexander Kilei Lunda, and whereas, all efforts made to compel -the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the, expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue .a land title deed to the said Alexander Kilei Lunda, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambua Masya, shall be deemedto be cancelled and of no effect.
