Olenguruone in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Olenguruone/Keringet Block 1/72 (Kirobon), containing 2.020 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district-of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in Misc. Civil Appl. No. 6 of 2002, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Philip Kipkoech Korir, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in itursuance to order of the said-court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour Philip Kipkoech Korir, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Philip Kipkoech Korir, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Taplule Chelangat Mutai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
