take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Embu District, on 23n1 December, 2001, has been filed in this registry by (1) Eunice Rwarnba Njagi and (2) Michael Muchangi Nyasa,' both of P.O. Box 680, Embu, in their • respective capacities as widow and son of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed •grim are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
