take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at .Ndalu, Bikeke Village, on 7th May, 2003, has been filed in this registry by (1) Diana Lunyolo Nyongesa and (2) Erick Bathe Mogoi, both of Bikeke Village, P.O. Box 4008, Kitale, in their respective capacities as an administratrix and administrator of the deceased's estate.
