NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Renault truck reg. No. KAT 353L, to remove the said vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Heavy Vehicles and Plant Supplies Limited, Mombasa Road, P.O. Box 287— 0502, Nairobi, Kenya, upon payment of storage, advertising costs and er incidental charges thereto, but should the owners fail to pay all the said charges and remove the said vehicles, the same shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty under the disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, and the proceeds applied to defray all the.said charges and the balance, if any, shall be held to the owner's credit, but should there be any shortfall, legal proceedings shall be ,instituted for the recovery of the balance and the owner shall be held liable thereof. Box 28360, Nairobi, Cell phone No. 0720489126, the owner of Peugeot 404 pick-up motor vehicle reg. No. KWE 810, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the garage of Peter Macharia Maina, of P.O. Box 46346-00100, Nairobi, within twenty (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of outstanding storage charges amounting to two hundred and seventy thousand (KSh. 270,000) excluding any other charges and ' other incidental costs including that of publishing of this notice, failing of which the said. motor vehicle shall be disposed of by way of public auction without any further reference to you and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and balance, if_any, shall remain credit to the owner, but should there be any shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
