GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10397

WHEREAS (1) Nicholas Njagi Njarniu and (2) Shem Rutere Njagi, both of Nembure, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Gaturi/Nembure/8499, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the senior principal magistr:ate's court at Embu, in civil suit No 28 of 1998; has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Nicasio Njeru Njagi, of P.O. Box 126, Manyatta, and whereas the executive officer of the court has -in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of Nicasio Njerti Njagi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deed issued-in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and pmceed with the registration of the said instrument- of transfer, and issue land title deed to' the said Nicasio Njeru Njagi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Nicholas Njagi •jamiu and (2) Shem Rutere Njagi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no . effect.
