GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10398

WHEREAS Joshua Ndanu Michael Mwethiga (deceased), is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Mutira/Kianjege/185, MweafTebere/B/525 and Mwea/Gathigiriri/143, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High court of Kenya at Mombasa, in Succession cause No. 358 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Jedidah Wamuhu Ndanu, (2) Edwin Wathome Ndanu and (3) Roy Mains Ndanu, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Joshua Ndanu Michael Mwethiga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said (( I ) Jedidah Wamuhu Ndanu, (2) Edwin Wathome Ndanu and (3) Roy Mains Ndanu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joshua Ndanu Michael Mwethiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
