WHEREAS Martha Waithira Muimri (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known is NdaruguiGakoe/4134, containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of 'Mika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 1022 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to Samuel Njoroge Muiruri, and whereas the land title deed issued, earlier to the said Martha Waithira Mairtiri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has beep received within that, period, I intend to dispense with the production of GAZEi NOME NO. 10613 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 35) ISSUE OF A NEW LAND TITLE DEED WHEREAS (1) Lazarus Kithinji M'Inod (deceased) and (2) John Kithinji Kiruki (I1)123080148), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.12 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Metu, registered under title No. NkuenetTaita/1748, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
