WHEREAS Henry Joseph Arandi Matogo, of P.O. Box 637, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 03 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisii, registered under title No. Wanjare/Bogiakimiu/1807, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date _ hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 922, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Bahati/Wendo Block 2/206 (Ruguru), containing 1.229 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the chief magistrate's court of Kenya at Nakuru, in land dispute No. 82 of 2006, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to Serah Wambui Kinyanjui, and whereas the chief magistrate's court of Kenya at Nakuru has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour Serah Wambui Kinyanjui, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Serah Wambui Kinyanjui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiel Kinyanjui Wainaina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 94, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu/Wathorego/1612, containing 0.7 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kisumu, in land case No.2 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided according to the portions indicated on the sale of land agreement registered in the name of Alice Atieno Ochieng, and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said mutation form creating new parcel of land No. 3351 to (1) Ibrahim Omollo and (2) Walter Omollo Oduol, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alice Atieno Ochieng, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
