GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11172

WHEREAS Stanley Wathiru Kimani (deceased), is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Gatmaiyu/GathugufT. 153, T. 161, T. 170, and Komothai/Gathugu/499, Gatamaiyu/Nyanduma/929 and T.1053, containing 0.24 acre, 0.25 acres, 0.20 acres, 1.04 and 3.88 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 1289 of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Michael Karanja, (2) Stephen Ndichu (3) Stanley Wathiru Kimani and (4) Joseph Kanyua Wathiru, and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Stanley Wathiru Kimani (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Michael Karanja, (2) Stephen Ndichu (3) Stanley Wathiru Kimani and (4) Joseph Kanyua Wathiru, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Stanley Wathiru 'Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
