INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS. I have on my own accord, decided that an Inquiry be held into the by-laws. Working- and Financial Conditions of Panpaper Sacco Society Ltd_ CS/2373 and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act, Cap, 490 Laws of Kenya= Now therefore. I authorize (I) Mr. David Maim. Co-operative Officer, Kericho District and (2) Mr. Lawrence Mpg*, District Co- operative Auditor, Murang'a. District to hold an Inquiry within thirty (30) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by, them. The attention of all officers and members of the Society is directed to the following Sections of the Co-operative Societies Act. Section 60 (1)—Cost of Inquiry.
