COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Notice is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 16th October, 2008, completed.
The part development plan relates to land situated within Mavoko
Municipal Council.
Copies of the pan development plan as prepared have beery deposited for public inspection at the offices of the Town Clerk. , Mavoko Municipal Council. District Physical Planning Officer, Machakos, D.O's Office Mavoko Town.
The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the of the Town Clerk, Mavoko Municipal Council, District Physical Planning Officer,'
Machakos, D.O's Office Mavoko Town, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representation or objection in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 333, Machakos, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice. and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.

EXTRAORDINARY TARIFF ADJUSTMENT IN COAST SERVICES BOARD
(CWSB) AREA -
The Water Services Regulatory Board has approved an extraordinary tariff increase for water and sewerage tariffs for implementation by selected Water Service Providers of CWSB in line with Water Act
2002 Section 73 (5).
By extension therefore, CWSB gives a one month Notice to all existing and potential water and sewerage customers of the following listed Water Service Providers and their schemes that the current tariffs have been adjusted upwards with effect from 1° January 2009 and will be reviewed on 1st January. 2010 for further adjustment.
