THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Bin Hassan Bin Abubakar Agil, of P.O. Box 3601, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 298 Mambrui within Malindi Municipality, situate in the Malindi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 13353/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
