THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zenab Mohamed Mbarak, of P.O. Box 86434, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No. 5422 (Original No. 436/56) section 1 mainland north within Mombasa Municipality, situate in the Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 20644/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof.
