WHEREAS Kibara Njagi (deceased), is registered proprieuir of that piece of land known as Inoi/Ndimi/276, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Nyeri, in succession- cause No. 166 of 1982, has issued grant letters of administration to Peter Mutiithi Kibara, and -whereas the land title deed issued "earlier to Kibata Njagi (deceasec)has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that periodyi intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of 121- 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land tide deed issued earlier to the said Kibara Njagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZhttt NOTICESIO. 11471 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 35) ISSUE OF A NEW LAND TITLE DEED WHEREAS Daniel Lyuza Khamasi, of P.O. Box 30076, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0144 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi Block 79/746, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
