WHEREAS I have on my own accord, decided that an Inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Nasu Travellers Sacco Society Limited—CS/1-0052 and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Societies Act, Cap. 490, Laws of Kenya. Now therefore, I authorize (1) Mr. Sospeter Mbugua, Co-operative Officer, Kiambu District and (2) Mr. Philip M. Mburu, Co-operative Auditor, Naivasha District, to hold an Inquiry within twelve (12) days from the date thereof at such place and time as may be expendient and duly notified by them.
