Under sub-section (1) (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g)— Principal, Co-operative College of Kenya—(secretary), Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Co-operative Development and Marketing, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Chairman. Kenya National Federation of Co-operatives, Secretary, Commission for Higher Education, Managing Director, Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Under sub-section (I) (h)— Heniy Riungu Mwamba—(Coast and Eastern), John Mauti Machini—(Western/Nyanza)„ Geoffrey Kosgei—(Rift Valley), Chritopher K. Karanja—(Central/North Eastern), Edward K. Mudibo—(Nairobi), to he members of the council of othe Co-operative College of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years with effect from 30th July, 2008.
