GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11715

WHEREAS Mohamed Raza Panju. of P.O. Box 2107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No. 4240 (Original No. 4121/7) section III mainland north within Kilifi Municipality in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 34992/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof.
