Box 2107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land subdivision No. 3514 (Original No. 558/12) section III mainland north within Kilifi Township in the Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 34667/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title 3111 4*Dcommivr4 issued thereof has been lost, notice is giventhatafter the-expiration of ninety (90) days. from the .date hereof, I shall issue a pmvisional certificate of tide provided that no objectinn has been received within that period.
