TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2008 By (I) Joseph Karugu Marisa, (2) Zakaria Gatuthu Mariga, (3) Peter Munga Mariga and (4) George Ndungu Madge...all of P.O. Box 34, Loitoktok in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Iviariga Njoroge, late of Kuku Location, who died at District Hospital, Loitoktok in Kenya; on 16th February, 1978. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2008 By Muthoni Wanjiru Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 34, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of. Tom Murage Wangai, who died at Kajiado Township, on 30th April, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
