WHEREAS Timothy Kiragu Ngugi (1D/1418681). of P.O. Box 87. Orkalou in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest .of that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Ofkalon Sauth/847, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to shbw that the land title. deed issued thereof has Veen lost, notice is given that after the expiation of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
