GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11999

WHEREAS Kariri Njuru alias Stephen Kariri (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loci 6/patura/2, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Thika, in succession'cause No. 423 of 2003, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Tabitha Ngendo Githae and (2) Naomi Njeri Kinyua, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kariri Njuru alias Stephen Kafiri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) day's from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kariri Njuru alias Stephen Kariri (deceased), shall 'be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
