WHEREAS Mary Nyambura Njoroge (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabete/Lower Kabete/1163, containing 0.105 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 3324 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to George Njoroge, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Mary Nyarnbura Njoroge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Nyambura Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZEI it NOTICE No. 12001 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT (Cap. 300, section 33) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Francis Kavuria Kamurang'a (deceased), of Ririari, Embu in the Republic of Kenya is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngandori/Kiriari/114, containing 1324 hectares or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 61 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Margaret Muthoni Ireri, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the prodpction of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and issue land tide deed to the said Margaret Muthoni Ireri, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Kavuria Kamurang'a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
