TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 440 OF 2008 By Lawrence Mugambi•Kaaria, of P.O. Box 185, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kiambi N. M. Kura, late of Igoji, who died on 22nd May, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
