WHEREAS (1) William Kyalo and (2) Susan Wakanyi Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 55037-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.029 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under tide No Kajiado/Kap-North/7202, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the data hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 24th December, 2008.
