GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12285

WHEREAS Luise Wanza Mukola, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Wamunyu/Kyamatula/512, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Machakos, in civil suit No.34 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided equally and transferred to (I) Beatrice Mumbua Musila and (2) Charles Muia Mukola, and whereas. the executive officer has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favourof (I) Beatrice Mumbua Musila and (2) Charles Muia Mukola, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of- transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (I) Beatrice Mumbua Musila and (2) Charles Muia Mukola, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Luise Wanza Mukola, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 4, Kahuro, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.73 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Loc.8/Kari-Karuru/794; and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof.
