GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12287

WHEREAS Joseph Njogu Muriuki. of P.O. Box 457, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/SalamaiMuntku Block 4/790, situate in the district 24th December, 2008 of Laikipia, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Nyahururu, in civil suit No. 4 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of rand be Gichohi, of P.O. Box 83. Giakanja, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation to subdivide the said piece of land in favour of James Ngari Ibrahim. Gichohi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said James Ngari Ibrahim. Gichohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Njogu Muriuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 24th December, 2008. S. N.
