TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2008 By (I) Anne Wambui Nyoro and (2) Peter Njenga. Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 469. Ngong Hills in Kenya. the deceased's widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyoro Macharia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
