APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (a) of the Kenya Polytechnic University College Order, 2007, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoint— Arch. Zebedee Maombo Bukania, Julius Marimi Riungu (Eng.), to be Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively, of the Kenya Polytechnic University College Council, for a period of three (3) years. The appointment of Francis John Gichaga (Prof.) as Chairman and that of Harry L. Kaane (Prof.) as Vice-Chairman has been revoked. Dated the 14th January, 2011. MWAI KIBAKI, President.
