IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (1) (b) and (e) of the National Museums and Heritage Act, the Minister of State for National Heritage and Culture, in consultation with the National Museums, declares the buildings specified in the schedule to which he considers to be of historical interest, to be monuments within the meaning of the Act. Any objection to the declarations shall be lodged with the Minister within two (2) months from the date of publication of this notice. MBIYU KOINANGE’S COLLEGE RESIDENCE All that building known as Mbiyu Koinange’s College Residence and the surrounding area measuring approximately 60 ft. by 40 ft. located on L.R.
