REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernard Nyatuka Zachari, of Nyamira in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.02 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. West Mugirango/Siamani/3700, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that right proprietor is Monene Nyaruri Ondiba (ID/1634717/64), notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall cancel current registered proprietor and register the right proprietor Monene Nyaruri Ondiba, and the earlier registration of the said instrument shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
