REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kiiru Kamau, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kilifi/Roka/315, situate in the district of Malindi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Malindi, in Civil Suit No. 74 of 2007, has ordered the said piece of land be registered in the name of Harrison Kenga Ndundi as the owner of the said piece of land with fourteen (14) acres, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument and issue a land title deed to the said Harrison Kenga Ndundi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Jola Mitsanze Iha, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
