TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 816 OF 2010 By Michael Malonza Kitonyi, of P.O. Box 48, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aneselem Kitonyi Ndolo, late of Mbiuni Location, who died at Mbiuni, on 30th September, 1983. CAUSE NO. 917 OF 2010 By Theddaus Mutunga Muema, of P.O. Box 185, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Muema Mwaya, late of Kalandini, who died at Kalandini, on 10th October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
