TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 231 OF 2010 By (1) Miriam Njoki Waweru, (2) Peter Kinyanjui Waweru and (3) Mary Wambui Gachahi, all of P.O. Box 1837–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Njuguna & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Waweru Mugo, late of Eldoret, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July 2009. CAUSE NO. 272 OF 2010 By (1) Dorcas Jebet Joseph and (2) Evans Kipkosgei Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 2172, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s administratrix and administrator, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkemboi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
