GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 432

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Toyota Land Cruiser grey motor vehicle reg. No. KAJ 200B, chassis No. LJ78-0038833, Jeep reg. No. KPC 717, chassis No. J26835TE46871 and Volkswagen Passat maroon reg. No. 393C, chassis No. WVWZZZ3BZYP445254, which are lying at the premises of Kenhar Motors Limited, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding charges for repairs, storage and any other incidentals incurred failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray repair costs, storage and other incidental cost and any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicles by legal proceedings.
