APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (3) of the
State Corporations Act, the Minister for Trade appoints—
RUTH MWANIKI to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Export Promotion Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st January, 2011.
