REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndoria s/o Kanja, of P.O. Box 238, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mugutu/Gaikuyu/25, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit No. 21 of 2001, has ordered the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Dickson Mugo Ndoria, (2) Anthony Ndoria Wairegi and (3) Anderson Wairegi Ndoria, all of P.O. Box 238, Karatina, and whereas the registered proprietor lost the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said (1) Dickson Mugo Ndoria, (2) Anthony Ndoria Wairegi and (3) Anderson Wairegi Ndoria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndoria s/o Kanja, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
