GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 55

WHEREAS Joseph O. Ikonyo Munene alias Joseph Thiongo, of P.O. Box 141, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/729, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Kajiado, in civil suit No. 1 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) James Kimani Ikonyo and (2) Moses Kahenya Ikonyo, both of P.O. Box 141, Ngong, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of (1) James Kimani Ikonyo and (2) Moses Kahenya Ikonyo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) James Kimani Ikonyo and (2) Moses Kahenya Ikonyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph O.
