Box 1984, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kipkosgei Chemengich, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital, on 12th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. 260 OF 2010 By (1) Eliud Kiplagat Maru and (2) Samwel Kiprotich, both of P.O. Box 1790, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salina Jepchirchir Maru, late of Lelmokwo Sub-location, Kesses Location, Wareng District, who died at Embakasi, Nairobi, on 3rd February, 2010. CAUSE NO. 271 OF 2010 By (1) Tecla Jesang and (2) Roseline Saile, both of P.O. Box 46, Kipkarren River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip arap Saile, who died at Burnt Forest, on 8th April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
