THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS K. Mwangemi Mwangeka, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi Headquarters, was appointed liquidator of Kenton Kijabe FCS Limited (in liquidation) (CS/1499), on 19th June, 2006, and whereas the said K. Mwangemi Mwangeka, is unable to act as liquidator. Now therefore, I appoint N. M. Omari, District Co-operative Officer, P.O. Box 70, Naivasha, to be liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society for a period not exceeding one year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
