APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Value Added Tax Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance appoints— Joseph Kamande Muiruri—(Chairman), Samuel Manzi Maluki, Gaulke Micah Obbayi, Peter Opande, Roselynn Oranga Esonga, to be members of the Value Added Tax Appeals Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st January, 2011.
