REGULATION

PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 27 of the Customs and Excise (Duty Remission) Regulations, 2002, the Commissioner of Customs Services notifies that the following manufacturers/producers are approved for the purposes of importation of packaging or raw materials for use in the production of goods for export under these regulations: Megvel Cartons Limited Keitt Exporters Limited Infusion Medicare Limited Signet Export Company Limited Redwood General Traders Limited Unifresh Exotics (K) Limited Punchlines Limited Oasis Limited Dated the 8th February, 2011.
