THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Moses Ngugi Gichuhi, (2) Peter Nganga Michara and (3) Fred Kago Kabuchi, as trustees of African Orthodox Church of Kenya of Nairobi, all of P.O. Box 56431–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as No. L.R No. 209/5533/163, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 34077/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
